At SliqueStyle, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items showing any signs of wear, damage, staining, odors, or alterations will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items
- Items marked “Final Sale”
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at sliquestyleco@gmail.com with your order number.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
- If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
